Capreon, the Noé Group’s real estate investment and advisory arm, advised by Savills, has sold 15 Fetter Lane, an office building in central London, to HIH Invest Real Estate acting on an individual mandate.
Refurbished in 2017, 15 Fetter Lane has a total lettable area of approximately 8,000 square metres. The property is fully occupied with corporate tenants including one of the world’s largest law firms.
The legal due diligence was performed by Mishcon De Reya, an international law firm with headquarters in London, and by Cains, a law firm based in Douglas on the Isle of Man. The pre-acquisition consultancy, technical due diligence and ESG due diligence were managed by Savills.
