The appointment was announced earlier this year and marks an important strengthening of Savills’ investment advisory platform across the Nordics. Patrik is one of the most respected advisers in the sector, with over 25 years’ experience of complex property transactions. He has previously held senior roles at CBRE, DTZ and Catella Corporate Finance and is known for his strong commercial skills and ability to deliver large transactions.
At Savills, he will work closely with Carolina Herling, Head of Investment in Sweden, who leads the Swedish investment team. Together, they will play a key role in further developing Savills’ offering at both national and Nordic level.
