Valuations undertaken using a replacement cost method, in the event of accidental damage or loss required by insurance companies and brokers, when renewing insurance policies.

A schedule of assets is compiled, with the new values shown, which will include a full description of the asset, its model numbers, manufacturing details, as well as the current asset location.

LOAN SECURITY
Valuation of assets to be used for secured lending purposes, are provided in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards.

DUE DILIGENCE FOR MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Inspection of assets to confirm existence, condition, life estimation and market value.

All assets are checked against any previous recorded data. An asset list maybe required and produced for future identification purposes.

ACCOUNTING COMPLIANCE
Requirements include end-of-year audit/accounting purposes, as per International Financial Reporting Standards.

TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
This assessment and advisory, relates to existing assets and their potential to be replaced, in order to improve output and/or efficiency advantages.

In certain cases, the Savills team have the ability of sourcing modern replacements. This service is also used to mitigate business risk, controlling the potential of asset failure over time.
