The Chinese technology giant Huawei will establish its flagship store, the largest outside China, at 2,129 sq m, in Riyadh. The expected opening date is in October 2021.

The store will be located in Riyadh Front, a shopping, entertainment and business destination owned by Kaden Investment.

The lease agreement was signed by Kaden Investment and Huawei at the Ministry of Investments’ headquarters on 14 January 2021.

Ramzi Darwish, Head of Advisory Services Saudi Arabia, Savills Middle East, says: “This is a landmark deal for Saudi Arabia with one of the largest technology companies in the world choosing Riyadh for their biggest store outside China. With its growing population and vast government incentives, the country continues to be attractive to international players.”
