Market leaders, Savills appointed to operate and manage Bahrain’s Gosi Mall

Savills, the leading global real estate advisor, has been appointed as the exclusive property and marketing manager for Bahrain’s Gosi Mall by the Amlak Social Insurance Organization Development Company S.P.C (Amlak), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Social Insurance Organisation (SIO). Savills significant market expertise will help bolster Gosi Mall’s position as the go-to hub for communications and technology in the Kingdom of Bahrain.  

Gosi Mall, Bahrain's prestigious shopping destination, opened in 1996 and was one of the country's first grand malls at the time. Since then, the property has welcomed several communications, technology, and smartphones retailers and built a reputation as the go-to place for retail electronics. Gosi Mall's prominent location in the heart of Manama also attracted well-established governmental and educational institutions and is home to the public notary and Ahlia University.

In this new role, the Savills team will manage the property including overseeing the marketing, day-to-day tenant and building matters, financial reporting, and lease administration. Furthermore, Savills dedicated experts will also offer additional services including rent collection, service charge administration, tenant liaison and communication, commercialisation, and promotional activities.
