Bahrain World Trade Center and MODA Mall together with their tenants are ‘Thinking Pink’ to raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer this year in partnership with Think Pink and Bahrain Cancer Society. Mana Café, a healthy vegan café located within MODA Mall, will be hosting a pop-up stand and will be in the Fashion Court near Gate 2 throughout the month with specially themed treats like their new pink strawberry lemonade, very berry smoothies, decadent brownies, and specially made healthy energy bites. Kunefeci by MADO, a premier Turkish café will also be supporting the cause and have prepared a special pink menu that includes pink tres leches, carrot shaped baklava with strawberry ice-cream and beetroot hummus with spicy steak, in addition they will be including a complimentary pink cupcake for all customers, this offer is available from within their restaurant. Mall visitors are encouraged to treat themselves to these offers in support of the ‘United in Hope’ cause.
As part of the campaign, MODA Mall will be requesting people to nominate a breast cancer warrior who will receive a well-deserved day of pampering. MODA Mall has put together a special luxury experience with a chauffeur-driven experience by Aston Martin to and from MODA Mall, a day of luxury beauty treatments sponsored by Master Heads Up Beauty, and a healthy meal from Mana Café. The experience will be awarded to the breast cancer warrior and the nominator.

Further, the MODA team will be sporting pink ribbons – The International symbol of Breast Cancer Awareness in support of the cause during October. The Mall will also have complimentary ribbons available for customers who wish to take a photo against the ‘United in Hope’ backdrop to show their support to the cause by using the #ThinkPinkBahrain online.

Followers can nominate a friend who is a breast cancer warrior by visiting the website. Submissions to nominate a warrior will take place from 10th - 24th October 2021, where a nominee’s name will be drawn under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Tourism (MOICT) and will be announced on 26th October 2021 on Instagram.
