Savills Middle East strengthens Cost Management offering by appointing Director

Justin Ng, who joins the larger Building and Project Consultancy team, will oversee projects in the UAE and help identify new growth opportunities in the wider region

International real estate advisor Savills has further expanded its cost management capability with the hire of a new Director of Cost Management, Justin Ng. He joins the larger Building and Project Consultancy team who provide tailored specialist solutions on all technical aspects of acquisitions, development, ownership, occupation and disposal of assets. In his new role, Justin will oversee projects in the UAE and help identify new growth opportunities around the Middle East.

Justin brings over 18 years of experience in project management and quantity surveying gained in real estate sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality and leisure, industrial, healthcare, education and infrastructure. He has been in the region since 2008 delivering cost management services for these sectors and, most recently, Justin was head of cost management at Colliers in the Middle East. He holds an MSc in Quantity Surveying from Heriot Watt University, UK and a BSc (Hons) in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
