Savills has advised the owner of Energieweg 2 in Waalwijk on a lease agreement with RoboPharma B.V. The transaction comprises 5,585 sq m of warehouse space, 1,511 sq m of office space, and 88 parking spaces.
RoboPharma specialises in the development, implementation, maintenance and evolution of automation systems for logistics processes in the healthcare sector, particularly for pharmacy chains. The property at Energieweg will serve as RoboPharma’s new headquarters, supporting the company’s continued growth ambitions.
