RIVVIA expands Amsterdam footprint with second prime canal-side location

RIVVIA, the international provider of premium office solutions formerly known as Scope, has signed a lease for a second location on Amsterdam’s iconic Keizersgracht, this time at number 264. The Certified B Corp adds approximately 1,700 sq m to its portfolio, in line with its international growth ambitions.

Originally built as a public secondary school for girls, this historic building has been thoughtfully transformed into a high-end, turn-key office space with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. The building now features private offices, meeting rooms, and an exclusive in-house coffee bar concept Four. The result is a seamless blend of heritage architecture, timeless workspace design, and cutting-edge technology.

Several office units across both RIVVIA locations on the Keizersgracht have already been succesfully let via Workthere, Savills’ flexible office platform. One of RIVVIA’s fast-growing tech tenants has relocated the company to the newest location, attracted by RIVVIA’s consistently high service standards, vibrant atmosphere, and prime canal-side locations.

Caroline van Duren, Associate Occupier Services at Savills Netherlands, commented: "Thanks to our close collaboration with both the client and the landlord on previous transactions, this deal progressed smoothly. The parties were already well-acquainted, with aligned interests and clear expectations. We’re confident that this second RIVVIA location will further elevate the quality of Amsterdam’s flexible office market."

Savills advised RIVVIA on the commercial transaction. The landlord was represented by DRS Makelaars.
