Ryan Farrell joins as an associate director in the Manchester office, adding to the highly experienced team’s regional specialisms in dilapidations and technical due diligence. He has previously held roles with Arcadis and CBRE.

James Moult joins the Manchester office as an associate from Bruntwood, bolstering the office projects team which has developed a renowned specialist offering for the region. In addition, Otis Barratt joins the industrial and logistics project management team based in Manchester, supporting both new build and refurbishment projects with an environmental focus. Oliver Appleyard joins the team as a graduate, based in the Leeds office.
