The Savills Earth social value team contributed to the ‘Excellence in Community Engagement - Regeneration’ award for its project with Salford City Council. Working with the Council, Savills Earth delivered Social Impact Guides for Pendleton, Eccles and Swinton, a landmark project setting a new benchmark for embedding social value in development.
The guides provide developers and investors with practical insights into local strengths, challenges and opportunities, ensuring growth benefits all residents. By integrating social value at the planning stage, the model establishes a scalable benchmark for ethical, inclusive regeneration rooted in collaboration, accountability and long term stewardship.
Wesley Ankrah, Head of Social Value at Savills Earth, was named ‘ESG Leader of the Year.’ Nominated by his team, the award reflects not only Wesley’s leadership but also Savills commitment to embedding social value at the heart of its projects and business strategy, ensuring developments deliver meaningful benefits for communities alongside commercial success.
Marylis Ramos, Director at Savills Earth Advisory, presented the Residential Retrofit Project of the Year award to Watergate/Greystar (International).
David Jackson, Head of Savills Earth, says, “Congratulations to the entire Savills Earth team on this fantastic achievement. The awards are a testament to the dedication and passion of our people.
