Judy, a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), joins the Peterborough office as part of Savills ongoing commitment to delivering strategic, high quality advice to rural clients across the East of England.
With over 16 years’ experience in the rural sector, Judy brings a wealth of expertise in agricultural, residential, and commercial property. Her work spans strategic land management, valuation for tax and litigation, as well as advice on compulsory purchase and compensation. She has worked on complex multi-landowner renewable energy schemes ensuring landowners are protected while unlocking long term value.

Judy grew up on a family livestock farm in Northamptonshire, which sparked her interest in working in the rural sector. She has acted as an expert witness in a range of valuation matters and has advised on major infrastructure projects, solar and battery energy schemes, and agricultural tenancy negotiations.
She holds a Diploma in Law from De Montfort University and a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University. Judy is sits on the Council of the Midland Counties Agricultural Valuers Association and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
