Savills, on behalf of Savills Investment Management, has sold Pitcher & Piano, in Newcastle, to Cable Properties for in excess of the £5.595 million guide price.

The property is a landmark bar / restaurant comprising 10,885 sq ft across the ground, first and part of the second floor. The property has capacity for 500 customers on the ground floor and 150 on the first floor, alongside a separate external terrace. An additional external area to the front and side of the property offers space for 190 customers. The terrace has views of the River Tyne, Millennium Bridge and the Tyne Bridge. Designated parking is available for 30 vehicles at Sandgate Car Park, 100 metres north of the property.

It is located in Quayside, one of Newcastle’s prime leisure locations, adjacent to the Millenium Bridge.
