Based at Savills Margaret Street head office in London, Charlie will focus on the Co‑Living sector, with a particular emphasis on development funding, while also working on Savills Capital Advisors mandates.

Charlie previously spent more than a decade at Savills, where he was a founding member of the OCM division and played a key role in the growth of the UK Build to Rent (BtR) sector. He later served as Capital Markets Director and Board Member at Telford Homes, overseeing investor relationships, deal structuring and transaction execution. Most recently, he worked as a Senior Consultant with organisations including Action, amongst others, on Empty Homes, seeking to create an institutional venture aimed at addressing the UK’s empty homes crisis.

Throughout his career, Charlie has raised over £5 billion of equity, financing more than 45 residential development projects and delivering approximately 15,000 new homes across the UK.
