Savills reappointed on 11 Portland Street in Manchester following sale

Following its acquisition of 11 Portland Street, RPG and Cross Ocean Partners have re-appointed Savills as leasing agent on the building, alongside joint agent JLL.

11 Portland Street totals 159,448 sq ft across ground and eight upper floors, featuring an attractive ground‑floor business‑lounge style reception, an outdoor landscaped courtyard with seating, and a coffee offering on the ground floor.

The full seventh floor, currently undergoing refurbishment, provides 19,579 sq ft of Cat A accommodation. In addition, two wings on the first floor are available, offering 4,610 sq ft and 4,753 sq ft respectively. The smaller wing will be delivered fully fitted, with the larger wing to be completed to a Cat A+ specification.

The building provides high‑quality office accommodation in a popular area of the city with excellent connectivity to the Metrolink and National Rail networks via Piccadilly station.

Daniel Barnes, director in the Manchester office agency team at Savills, comments: “11 Portland Street has been a popular building in Manchester city centre, having recently been fully let. Having worked on it previously, we know that its location offers excellent access to public transport, complemented by large floorplates and strong amenity provision. Under the new ownership, the returned space will be extensively refurbished, ensuring the building continues to meet modern occupational requirements.”

Savills is joint agent with JLL.
