Morrisons was advised by Colliers. VolkerFitzpatrick has taken 2,375 sq ft for five years on part of the first floor of the building. They will join Soletanche Freyssinet, RPS/TetraTech and Glen Dimplex who currently occupy space in the scheme. These transactions leave one remaining suite, which can be split, of 4,250 sq ft.
