Oakbank Trading Estate in Glasgow fully let

International real estate advisor Savills has advised landlord Ribson on the lease of two units at Oakbank Trading Estate in Glasgow to TGK Logistics Scotland Ltd, taking the site to fully let for the first time since 2019.

The site had four vacant units at the start of 2026, and the deal for TGK Logistics follows on from earlier lettings to Majestic Tiles Ltd and National Brick Events Ltd. TGK Logistics has signed for Block 3 units two and three, 911 and 915 sq ft respectively, for three years and joins other existing occupiers including Wolseley and Plumbstore.

Located just a mile north of Glasgow city centre, the estate benefits from a prominent position on the A81 and is close to junctions 16 and 17/18 of the M8, providing direct access to the national motorway network.

Jonathon Webster, associate director at Savills Scotland, comments: “This is a great result for our client and the new occupier. The quality of the site is evident from the speed at which the units have let this year, and it is no surprise to see the estate now fully occupied.”
