Savills advises on the sale of logistics cross-dock facility at De Liesbosch 90 in Nieuwegein

Savills has advised PATRIZIA on the sale of the logistics property located at De Liesbosch 90 in Nieuwegein. The asset was acquired by URBZ Capital, which completed the acquisition in partnership with NW1 Partners. Osborne Clarke acted as legal adviser to PATRIZIA throughout the transaction.

The property comprises approximately 10,633 sq m of lettable floor space, including 7,705 sq m of warehouse accommodation and 2,928 sq m of office space, situated on a site of approximately 20,000 sq m. The logistics complex also features 47 loading docks and holds an ESG A+ rating.

The asset is a high-quality cross-dock facility located in a strategic logistics hub in the heart of the Netherlands. Its excellent accessibility and efficient building specifications make it particularly well suited to urban distribution and regional logistics operations.

Savills advised PATRIZIA throughout the entire sales process. On the buyer’s side, URBZ Capital was commercially advised by 1530 Real Estate, while DLA Piper provided legal counsel. Savills also carried out the technical due diligence, and ERM acted as environmental adviser.
