The awards were presented at Insider Media's East Midlands Property Dinner, held at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham on 17 September.

The success recognises an exceptional year for the commercial, development and residential teams at Savills in Nottingham, highlighting both the strength of its client relationships and its role in delivering some of the region's most significant transactions.

The headline Agent of the Year award acknowledges the firm’s market-leading performance across multiple disciplines, from prime residential sales and strategic development advice to major commercial transactions and regeneration projects. Judges recognised the breadth of expertise within the Nottingham office and the team's ability to consistently deliver outstanding results for clients despite challenging market conditions.

Savills was also awarded Deal of the Year for its work on the transformational Bramcote project, a £40 million transaction that unlocked the delivery of 470 new homes while funding a replacement 950-place secondary school for White Hills Park Trust.

The project brought together White Hills Park Trust, Nottinghamshire County Council, Miller Homes and a range of public and private-sector stakeholders to overcome significant technical, planning and viability challenges, creating a solution that had remained out of reach for more than 15 years.

Alongside the new school, the scheme will deliver 141 affordable homes, build-to-rent accommodation and more than £2 million of community contributions, generating long-term benefits for residents and future generations.
