Iain Powis previously spent 11 years with Savills, working across the firm's Banbury, Summertown and Cheltenham offices. During that time, he predominantly specialised in residential development sales and built extensive experience in supporting the delivery and sale of residential developments across the region.

He returns to Savills as an associate director after three years in senior positions with two independent real estate firms.

In his new role, Iain becomes part of one of the region’s most established development advisory businesses, which provides a wide range of specialist services across planning, development, valuation, building consultancy and sales across residential, rural and commercial sectors.

Based in the firm’s residential office, Iain will provide housebuilders, developers, landowners and institutional clients with strategic advice to support the delivery and sales of high-quality residential schemes in Oxfordshire and beyond.
