Savills brings the freehold of Singleton Lodge in Lancashire to market

International real estate advisor Savills has been appointed by a private vendor to sell the freehold of Singleton Lodge Country House Hotel and Parklands in Singleton, near Poulton-le-Fylde, for offers over £1.45 million.

The unique three-storey Georgian hotel is set within five acres of grounds and comprises 14 modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It also acts as a popular wedding venue and includes a reception lounge that features a log fire and bar area, as well as three dining areas, with the largest able to accommodate 80 covers. Singleton Lodge is located near to the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, and just a ten-minute drive from the M55 motorway giving it excellent access to Preston, Blackpool and the rest of the Fylde coast, as well as the wider UK motorway network. Poulton-le-Fylde train station is on the Blackpool North branch of the West Coast Main Line and offers connections to major destinations including Manchester.
