Savills Middle East is pleased to announce the appointment of Fay Lloyd as Chief Operating Officer of its regional residential agency business, effective immediately.
Fay has been part of the Savills regional business since 2014 and has served as a member of the Middle East Board for over nine years. Most recently her focus has been on developing and implementing regional strategies to drive Savills expansion across multiple markets and service lines in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Egypt in addition to the UAE.
She has been instrumental in achieving key milestones for the firm, including Savills acquisition of the Cluttons business in the Middle East in 2017, and the launch of the Middle East Residential Agency business in 2024. As part of the latter, Fay has supported Andrew Cummings, Head of Residential Agency, in building the residential team and has played a prominent role in the launch of Hudayriyat Island by Modon, one of Savills flagship master agency projects.
Stepping into to the residential business full time from 2026 will enable Fay to support Andrew to drive further momentum for the division, building on the achievements of the past two years which also saw the residential business alone deliver USD 50 million in revenue during 2025.
