Savills appointed to lead sales at The Bolsover

High-end property developer Stone/RE has appointed Savills as selling agents to an exclusive new apartment scheme in Fitzrovia, London W1.

The appointment comes ahead of the development’s anticipated launch, expected in September 2026, and is the latest in a portfolio which includes other London projects such as Clockwork Building in Hammersmith, Panther House in Camden and The Baltic Exchange in the heart of the City.

The Bolsover is located on 3-8 Bolsover Street in Fitzrovia and was acquired from Oval Real Estate in an off-market deal in 2024.

Originally constructed in 1912 as a working woman’s residential club, before it was converted into offices, the proposed scheme will see the property completely redeveloped, comprising 24 new private residential homes, ranging from studios to 3 bedroom apartments, including a number of duplexes.

While construction has only just begun, interest in the development has already resulted in two reservations. A show suite is expected in Q1 2027, with completion of the scheme expected in Q3 2027.

Maria Eivers, director in the London residential development sales team at Savills, says: “We are thrilled to be appointed as selling agents at The Bolsover, which is a fantastic building in a location we know very well. The spaces imagined by the developer are very exciting and are already resonating with potential buyers at this very early stage, so we are looking forward to seeing the project evolve into what will comprise 24 hugely desirable apartments.”

Simon Stone, founder of Stone/RE, adds: “There has been sustained and significant investment in the West End over recent years and our vision for The Bolsover will further enhance this. Combining both the building’s character and its prime central London location, we have a wonderful opportunity to create something exceptional and, importantly, sustainable. Our vision is to create long-term value by blending its period features with high-quality, contemporary living. We look forward to working with Savills in bringing these homes to market later this year.”

Aayan Real Estate will work alongside Savills, handling any enquiries from the Middle East.
