Savills Takes Stock: Global Real Estate Capital Markets Q2 2025

Treading water in turbulent seas

The global economic narrative remains heavily influenced by the actions of the US President, fuelling geopolitical volatility and uncertainty around growth prospects. Despite emerging cracks, the global economy has shown resilience. Equity markets continue to rise, and activity levels remain largely unaffected.

Amidst the uncertainty, global real estate markets are treading water. A base level of activity persists, supported by improved sentiment, a greater acceptance of pricing, and continued broad strength in occupational markets. However, activity levels have failed to build on momentum from the second half of 2024.

This quarterly report explores the latest global trends behind recent transactional activity, pricing and investor behaviour in the living, logistics and office markets. We hope you find these three reports insightful and enjoy reading it.
