Located between the iconic Table Mountain and the ocean, Cape Town offers natural beauty alongside a vibrant cosmopolitan lifestyle.

From white sandy beaches and mountain trails to world-renowned vineyards and wine estates, South Africa’s Mother City offers something for everyone.

The Atlantic Seaboard, known as Cape Town’s ‘Riviera’, is home to Camps Bay, Clifton, and Bantry Bay, and is where some of the city’s most sought-after properties can be found.

At the foot of the Table Mountain National Park, the Southern Suburbs of Constantia and Bishopscourt are among Cape Town’s greenest. Here you can find a mix of large estates, family homes and modern apartments.

For beachfront-living, look to the coastal towns and villages of Simon’s Town, Hout Bay, Llandudno, False Bay, and Bloubergstrand along the Southern Peninsula and Western Seaboard.

Named Best City in the World 2025 in Time Out’s annual global survey, the city itself has seen extensive rejuvenation and redevelopment. The newest kid on the block is Mama Shelter Residences Cape Town. Located on Bree Street which was ranked 11th on Time Out’s list of Coolest Streets in the World in 2024, it marks the brand’s first hotel and residences in South Africa.

From a stylish, two bedroom ocean-front apartment with its own berth to a three bedroom home in the sought after suburb of Bishopscourt, we take a look at some of the finest properties on the market.
