Camden Passage: cobblestone charm
Our walk begins in Camden Passage, tucked just behind Upper Street. Even if you’ve walked past it a hundred times, the cobblestones, vintage shops and small cafés still feel like a secret.
Just moments from here is Angel Village, a new residential development set within a peaceful, private courtyard. Its discreet location puts residents right at the beginning of this vibrant walking route, close to Angel’s characterful streets yet tucked away enough to feel quietly residential.
Grab a coffee at The Neva or matcha latte from Katsute 100; if you fancy a bite, settle in for something indulgent at Brother Marcus. On market days you'll find antiques, books, jewellery and all kinds of curiosities. It’s one of those pockets of London where the pace immediately slows.
From here, drift back towards Upper Street’s boutiques and delis before heading east.
