Retail and leisure at Sixty Sloane, London, nears full occupancy with flurry of deals

Savills, working with Hanover Green on behalf of Bain Capital and CIT, has completed over 15,000 sq ft of retail and leisure lettings across three units since the start of the year at SIXTY SLOANE, in Chelsea. The landmark mixed-use development is now close to full occupancy, with its final retail unit (3A) under offer.

Luxury private members health club KX has committed to an additional 7,000 sq ft across Unit 1, which adds to its 16,500 sq ft existing space over ground and basement floors. This expansion will significantly elevate the member experience, introducing an enlarged world-class wellness and spa facility alongside enhanced fitness zones and premium hospitality areas.

Graziano Arricale, CEO of KX, comments: “We are delighted to significantly expand our presence within SIXTY SLOANE as part of our continued commitment to setting the standard for world-leading wellness. This expansion allows us to enhance the experience we offer our members, while reinforcing our long-term belief in this location and its growing role at the heart of London’s wellness community.”

A new 5,000 sq ft restaurant from the owners of Chucs and Langans is also going in to Unit 2. In addition, premium swim school operator GetSetSwim (Get Set Go! Group Ltd) has signed for its fourth location at Unit 3 (Unit 3B). Opening in Spring alongside a second new site in Fulham, the purpose-built club continues GetSetSwim’s London expansion, joining much-loved clubs in Putney and Golders Green.

James Fairley, Director in Central London Retail at Savills, adds: “The expansion of KX and arrival of a new restaurant and GetSetSwim underline the growing demand for high-quality wellness and lifestyle spaces in Chelsea. SIXTY SLOANE offers an environment that enables brands to elevate their customer experience while benefiting from a prime location.”

These operators will join luxury Italian tile showroom Bisazza, which opened in Unit 4 in late 2025, and further reinforce the building’s attraction to best-in-class operators seeking a distinctive and high-quality environment from which to grow their brand.

Toby Croft, Partner, Head of Commercial at CIT, adds: “Reaching this milestone at SIXTY SLOANE is a significant achievement and reflects the strength of demand for Chelsea’s premium retail and leisure offering. The building combines its distinctive heritage with large, flexible floorplates and exceptional tenant amenities, creating a truly unique environment for occupiers. These lettings not only enhance the vibrancy of the scheme but also reinforce its position as a destination for best-in-class operators. With the final retail unit under offer and only a handful of office floors remaining, we are on track to deliver full occupancy across the development – a testament to its quality and appeal.”

SIXTY SLOANE combines a distinctive neo-classical façade with a high-quality occupier mix, creating a strong platform for premium brands. Located in Chelsea’s established retail and lifestyle district, the development is surrounded by leading operators including Daphne’s, Daylesford, Chanel, B&B Italia, Boffi, and Bamford Spa, as well as fashion brands such as Isabel Marant, Golden Goose, Frame, and Joseph.

The remaining office space at SIXTY SLOANE comprises the second and fourth floors of the historic building. Originally the Harrods car showroom, the building offers modern and exceptional Cat A, 20,000+ sq ft floorplates that feature enhanced floor-to-ceiling heights behind the historic facade. The end-of-trip facilities are spa-quality with flexible changing rooms, storage lockers and a fresh towel service as well as storage for more than 100 bikes.
