The transaction will see Bondcare take ownership of the substantial care facility on Clarence Avenue, close to Gants Hill station in the London Borough of Redbridge. The sale was handled by Savills and joint agents Strettons on behalf of Jewish Care. 

Occupying a site of approximately 1.07 acres, the property comprises a series of interconnected buildings arranged across ground, first, second and third-floor levels. Together, the buildings provide approximately 53,674 sq ft of accommodation.

The sale has also helped fund the development of the new Sugar & Ronson Care Campus on Woodford Bridge Road in Redbridge. The new campus is being delivered as a replacement care and social facility.
